Parmesan Crusted Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 5 oz Salmon Filets
  • 3 tbsp Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  • Squirt lemon juice all over each salmon
  • Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic to each salmon, coat evenly
  • In a ramekin or small bowl, mix together all seasonings, bread crumbs, salt & pepper
  • Add mayo/miracle whip to the bowl and mix well until it forms a paste
  • Coat each piece of salmon with the paste and sides too if you wish
  • Place salmon on a sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes
  • Remove from oven and let cool, then enjoy
