Happy Sunday y’all! I have been super busy all weekend but I wanted to get on here really quick and type up this Parmesan Crusted Salmon recipe for y’all really quick since I have been receiving a few messages requesting the full thing! This dish is super easy and so yummy! The crust/topping was actually the first recipe I ever memorized back when I was maybe 17? I used to make it with tilapia, then eventually migrated it over to salmon! I haven’t made it in years, but for some reason it just sounded REALLY good…. and of course, it was!
The ingredients you probably already have in your home, so that’s also really convenient! lol. We decided to serve ours with some vermicelli noodles (Cody’s favorite) and some squash. You could do roasted potatoes, or some asparagus or really any sides will work.
I hope you guys enjoy this Parmesan Crusted Salmon recipe as much as we do! Let me know in the comments! Also, don’t forget to tag me on your Instagram posts, I LOVEEEE seeing y’all make my recipes!
