I can’t believe it’s already that time again for the Spring Sephora Sale! I feel like 2022 is coming in hot lol. I know that with everyone coming at you hard with “this is great”, “this is amazing” it can get really overwhelming. This year I really wanted to round up the top 10 beauty items that I absolutely LOVE and use pretty much on a daily basis. All of these products I have talked about many, many times and if you follow along on Instagram then you should be familiar with them too! But first, if you aren’t familiar with the Sephora Sale, let’s do a quick recap!
What is the sephora sale?
The way Sephora sets up this sale is to basically “reward” their big spenders first. There are three tiers in their program: Rouge, VIB, Insider. Even if you don’t shop Sephora often you can sign up for email/make an account and boom you are now in the Insider status.
If you are already a Sephora member, but don’t know your status, you can easily log in and you will see your “rank” in the top right corner where you access your profile. I am currently a VIB!
As you can see from the image above, Sephora let’s their Rouge members not only shop first but have the highest discount. That is basically their “reward” for spending so much money there lol. Next the VIB get to shop and then lastly, Insiders.
My sephora top 10
Like I said, I don’t want to overwhelm y’all. I only want to share the items I buy over and over again and use daily. It just so happens I actually use 10 products daily lol. If you have any questions about any of these products, feel free to shoot me a DM on IG or a comment here and I will be glad to answer!
Also, these are in no particular order…
- Charlotte Tilburry Airbrush Flawless Foundation- (Shade 3N) Perfect for my oily skin girls or anyone who wants or soft matte finish. I love this foundation for full coverage & I wear it mostly on shoot days, events like weddings or when I know I will need something longwear. I have been wearing this for probably right around a year now.
- Tatcha Water Cream– This was a recommendation from Kelly Anne (@makeupxka) for people with oily skin. It is pricy but when I say it has made all the difference in my makeup application…. OMG. I use it before my primer and it makes your makeup go on so much smoother and your face feel radiant and glowy.
- Hourglass Vanish Concealer- (Shade Crème) Another product I have used for over a year, I think I am on my third one actually. This is the most creamy concealer that also has full coverage. I swear by it!
- Lancome Mascara Primer – If you suffer from short lashes, try this! I am on my second or third tube of this and it makes a world of a difference when applying mascara.
- Ilia Limitless Lash Mascara– I think this is the most underrated mascara. It is amazing. The wand has a curved side and a straight side which I love for separating my lashes. It goes on so smooth and I just can’t get over it!
- Urban Decay De-Slick Setting Spray– for my oily skin people…. BUY THIS! Urban Decay is pretty well known for their setting spray in itself, but when I found out they had a special one for oily skin I was like THANK YOU!!
- Benefit Brow Pencil/Gel Combo- (Shade 3.75)– Lumping these together because they go hand in hand. I have used this combo for over 2 years and it’s just superb.
- Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Primer– I just started my second full size bottle of this one. I can’t say enough good things. It works for both oily and dry/combo skin. The application is where the difference is. If you are dry, apply your makeup pretty much immediately after. If you are oily, wait about 30 seconds-1 min before you start applying makeup to let it set to your skin.
- Makeup By Mario Eye Pencil- (Shade Perfect Brown)– This one is newer for me, I believe I first bought it in January. But, I instantly fell in love. I am not a big eye liner gal, but this one is so easy to apply and I love that it has a brush on it to help smudge it out for a more natural look.
- Tartelette Eyeshadow Palate-This palate has been in my makeup collection for years now. It is the perfect palate for a natural look and the colors complement each other so well.
